One week and we will see you at The International Hazardous Materials Response Teams Conference (HAZMAT) 2023 in Baltimore, MD. Before you leave, we have a few last-minute reminders.


DEADLINE EXTENDED: HAZMAT FASHION SHOW

Do not miss the 2023 Hazmat Fashion Show. The deadline has been extended until Thursday, June 1 to participate. If you aren’t familiar with the event, it is a fun and unique way to showcase your companies’ suits, products, etc. The event will take place during the Welcome Reception on Friday, June 9 from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. We would appreciate your companies support and involvement with this event to help make it a great success.

SHIPPING INFO

  • Shipments to the advance warehouse can arrive up until June 5.
  • Shipments are NOT accepted on-site.

    ***The Hilton Baltimore will not accept any direct shipments. To ensure your shipments arrive they must be personally carried in by exhibitors during exhibitor move-in hours or sent to the advance warehouse. Anything shipped to the Hilton Baltimore will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor as hotel facilities do not have storage capacity for items sent directly to the hotel and may refuse delivery.***

BOOTH MOVE-IN INFO

POV Move-In:

  • Thursday, June 8, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • IMPORTANT: Exhibitors transporting their own materials MUST move all items into the exhibit hall during move-in hours above. No exceptions. After 4:00 PM on June 8, the POV lane will be closed to prepare for the outdoor exhibits. Read all POV details.

Indoor Exhibitor Move-In:

  • Thursday, June 8, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • All INDOOR exhibitors must be set by 5:00 PM

Outdoor Exhibitor Move-In:

  • Friday, June 9, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • All OUTDOOR exhibitors must be set by 11:00 AM

Empty Container Storage:
Pick-up “Empty Labels” at The Expo Group Service Desk. Once the container is completely empty, place a label on each container individually. Labeled empty containers will be picked up periodically and stored in non-accessible storage during the event. This is available to exhibitors that shipped materials in through The Expo Group. Those that did not, there may be an additional charge.

HAZMAT 2023 ATTENDEE PREVIEW LIST

To make the most of your time at Hazmat we have attached a pre-registration "preview" list. This list is designed to give you an idea of the type of attendees that are registered for Hazmat. It includes Title/Rank, State, and Size of population served.

Exhibitors may purchase the attendee list with contact information, including email addresses, for attendees that "opt-in" through their exhibitor portal. Login and choose "Purchase Sponsorship Opportunity" at the bottom of the page. The full pre-show attendee list is available for $500, the post-show list is $750 or you can choose the bundle package for $1,000. These lists include contact name, title, company, mailing address, demographic info (rank) and email addresses for attendees that opted in to share their contact information.


MOBILE APP

Look for the IAFC Events mobile app in your device's app store. View the show schedule, presentations, exhibitors and speaker details. Users can take notes adjacent to available presentation slides and draw directly on the slides within the app. Share information with attendees and colleagues with in-app messaging and the attendee message board.
